Following multiple re-structuring, CCB centralised its Human Resources (HR) operations for 17 countries in London. This meant that a centrally managed and distributed set of HR tools needed to be deployed effectively to local managers in these countries with a combination of mandatory and locally-customised tools, documents and processes. CCB was unsure how to deploy this – whether to use existing resources or invest in a new set of tools and technology.

Working in conjunction with our strategic partners AKS, we conducted a strategy workshop and followed it up with some development work. This resulted in CCB’s existing IT platform being customised and modified to enable the HR toolkit to be rapidly, effectively and inexpensively deployed while retaining both the centralised control and local flexibility required. In addition, a long-term vision for a more comprehensive HR Information System was created.
